Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud

Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement.
