Excellent dentist -- but good luck getting an appointment that's will work for your schedule. The secretaries are hell to deal with and will argue with you about when you can book an appointment. I gave up, there are plenty of good dentists in the area.

Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes

I do not recommend Dr Gary Hendricks for the following reasons:

. On my second visit in regards to having a 'quote' to find out how much it would cost me for the following... thorough tooth clean (costs: approx' $450/$500) and tooth filling (costs: approx' $450) but he insisted on 'again' giving me more X-rays and examinations regardless of the fact he had previously given me Xrays and examinations approx' a week ago by Dr.Gary J Hendricks, and I was not told prior that I would be given a hefty bill for a 'quote' (tooth cleaning and one tooth filling)

. On my first Dr.Gary Hendricks performed examinations and X-rays in regards to a severely infected tooth that needed to be removed, the swelling of my face was clearly evident. To my great disappointment Dr.Cary Hendricks did not have the appropriate facility to do the proceedure as require given the circumstances therefor he (Dr.Gary Hendricks) referred me to another medical facility (Marshfield, Dr.Benson). Approx' several days later I arrived at Dr.Benson's surgery he told me that Dr.Gary Hendricks did not forward my files (Xrays, Examinations) therefor I had to undergo yet more X-rays and examinations. During all this (from seeing Dr.Hendricks and Dr.Benson) I was in excruciating pain, to be subjected to thorough multiple examinations included multiple X-rays whilst being in excruciating pain is nothing short of barbaric.

. I received my bill from Dr.Gary Hendricks yet honestly I had no prior knowledge of what my bill (costs) would be, although having insurance cover the bill from Gary Hendricks was extremely far more expensive than I expected. All this cost for a referral and quote, and not to forget that before I went in to see Dr.Gary Hendricks I was previously seen to by emergency staff at St Michael's Hospital and given a dental block to help numb the pain and prescribed medication (pain killers) and antibiotics (for severe infection), my infection was so bad that the whole left side of my face was swollen up.

What I have stated herein about Dr.Gary Hendricks is the truth and nothing but the truth.

Total costs for my prolonged pain and to finally have my tooth removed: approx' $800.

On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate Dr.Gary Hendricks = Low: 0
