I see Nurse Practitioner Donna Fanelli for treatment of my Hepatitis C. She is so knowledgeable and caring and has helped me so much on and off treatment. I will be starting a new treatment soon and I am confident that I will continue to receive the expert and profesional care that I've received for the past 7 years.
I am confident that I am under the care of a professional.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I wan
t answered. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

The best!!! Takes her time with patients. Understanding and willing to listen. As a person suffering from obesity, she is the first medical professional who has taken my health seriously and is working with me to make changes.

And when she is available she picks up her own phone!!!!!
