They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. The chairs in the waiting room were very comfortable and easy to relax in while I waited for my appointment. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.

If you want to be treated with the dignity and reapect you deserve, GO SOMWHERE ELSE! One my first visit everyone was extremly nice, but nothing was explained to me and none of my questions were answered. Therefore, I thought that the day my wisdom teeth were extreacted he would go through the process with me before begining, but instead my fiance and I knew absolutly nothing! Then if that wasn't bad enough after the surgery they brought me out of the building before I was even awake. And not in a wheelchair either, they were dragging me because I couldn't even walk yet because the anesthesia hadn't even began to ware off yet. I don't remember anything until i was about a mile from my house and I live an hour away. I'm pretty sure that it's not safe to be unmonitered while still under anesthesia. Two other things that bothered me was that they did not wipe my face off and did not give my fiance very much information at all! The only reason they are receiving one star is becaused they accepted my insurance and the staff was nice the first visit and before my surgery.
