It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

Not the worst, but certainly not the best
