Jeff Buchanan is my favorite in the office because he is knowledgeable, he LISTENS, he does not make you feel belittled when asking for or about prescription medication, he shows a genuine concern, a willingness to work with you, and most importantly, empathy, compassion and for your situation. He understands real life situations w/o judgement and patience. This has not been my experience with others in the practice except for Dr. Singaram, who is no longer here.
