The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

No. It took me several times to get through.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I received no followup. No answers to my ?? I have called their office
twice & have gotten no call backs. Dr. gave RX that had no relief. Call Dr. office for some information & a follow up but did not receive either. I am very disappointed w/ this Dr. & her office and staff. I would not recommend her to anyone. Totally
dissatisfied.

Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. I have called the office twice this week and I am still not able to get answers to my questions. I was to the doctor Feb. 22 and a few days later went to the lab for blood work. They told me they haven't received the results yet but they would call me back. That call was made on March 12. This is all rediculous. What has become of the medical profession???

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

No, they were on time

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
