They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. The waiting area is small with seats for about 8 people, but there is always a seat available. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They are on a pretty tight schedule when trying to accommodate their new patients due to the limited amout of days offered (only 2 days on Mon or Fri). It would have been nice to have more flexibility in their timelines.
The doctor and nurses are super friendly and really care.
