They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. There is no fear of your pet going hungry or thirsty here because food and water are always made available for them. They have bowls all over the office just in case your pet decides it needs a quick nibble of food or sip of water. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
