Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Wow is all I can say about them. I have seen some vets become callused and unemotional but you will not find that here. The veterinarian and staff are extremely friendly and treat pets as if they are a part of the family. I could really tell how much they love animals. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.
