Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I have heard horror stories of people's pets being misdiagnosed by their veterinarians, but that is not something you have to worry about here. I have never had a bad experience and I have complete faith in their care. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, they are extremely dedicated. All of the staff are compassionate and friendly and they always greet me and my pet by name and make us feel like valued clients. When my dog had cancer, they cried with me and when it was time to let her go, they did not charge me for the euthanasia.

Have taken Marvin, our dog and Annie, our cat, to this office. The women at the front are very polite and sincere and the medical staff are kind and knowledgeable. The clinic is clean and busy! I assume they are busy because people love their animals and want to take them to a place with people that love animals too. I've not one complaint for this clinic. We'll keep taken our animals there!

I had wonderful experiences at this clinic until my animals saw Dr. Amy Warren. She made the death of my sweet dog even more terrible than it already was (for my dog and for my family). She is very vindictive and uncaring. Please, do not take your animals to her if you want any level of respect, sensitivity, or understanding. I cannot stress enough how much pain she has caused my family in such an already difficult time. Please request Dr. Cynthia instead. She is wonderful.

Most of the vets here are very kind and knowledgeable, but Amy Warren should not be allowed to practice veterinary medicine. She is heartless. It would take to long to describe our experiences with her, but avoid her at all costs if you use this clinic.
