I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They had some of the best pricing I have ever seen. It even seemed to be a little under what other veterinarians in the area charge, so needless to say I was pleasantly surprised.

No, they encourage you to just go to another emergency vet

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
