Dr Sims is very personable, and extremely competent. He has a comprehensive knowledge of many different animals, and is able to provide comprehensive care to my 4 dogs. He is sensitive and caring, as well as able to deliver the best service ranging from health maintenance to surgery. Kauai is extremely fortunate to have a veterinarian with his outstanding skills and manner. Thank you.
