They didn't tell us they were going to put our dog asleep when giving it a hair cut. We found out when we got the bill. There is no sign in the building at all, or when you first bring the dog they don't tell you. I liked this vet place till the hair cuts for my dogs.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. This veterinarian was so compassionate when my pet was sick. I can tell that they really cared about my pet's well-being and reassured me that things would be alright. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. The veterinarian and friendly staff educated me on what I could do better to help keep my pets healthy and happy and really stressed the importance of taking care of my pets teeth. I left with a better understanding of proper pet health and found their recommendations to be incredibly helpful. It has never crossed my mind to take my pets anywhere else due to their outstanding ability to perform any basic as well as complicated procedures. Their level of knowledge and experience is unlike any other vet I have ever been to.
