They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They are always available off hours if needed for an emergency. They charge much less than my old Vet. They CARE about me and my animals.

Dr. Collingwood is the most caring vet. I have ever taken an animal to. He is thorough in his examination, very learned, patient, and truly cares about the animals he sees and their owners. Their office is efficient and clean. If I were in need of a kennel for my pet I would definitely take them here. The kennels and holding areas in their office were very clean. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
