They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. I've been to other vets that have designated areas for dogs to go to the bathroom but I didn't see one here. It really wasn't that big of deal though because there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. When my pet and I got called in for the appointment, they took my pet with no explanation and wouldn't allow me to go with. I really prefer to be with my pets at all times because I know how much calmer it makes them and me, I was shocked they separated us. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. They also will tell you one thing and do something completely different. DO NOT bring orphaned baby wild animals in-they just right away throw them out in back of the place to fend for themselves, we found out the hard way.
