Dr. Dulong and staff we extremely compassionate and caring.
We recently had to put down our beloved Golden who was dying of cancer.
The staff made a very difficult experience much easier on all of us especially our Golden Sinatra.
All my questions were answered, and I felt a lot more confident that we were in caring hands. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. They made the extra effort to make sure our buddy was comfortable to the vey end.

I came in for an annual visit with my two dogs. while one of my dogs was having his exam Dr. Dulong and his assistant restrained my dog and he screamed when they pulled on his leg. Dr. Dulong said if he is still in pain in a couple hours come back and I will check it out. When we brought our dog home he would not even stand on his leg and just cried the whole time. We immediately brought him back. Dr. Dulong was not compassionate, and said it seemed like something happened to his knee. I said can you take an x-ray to be sure after asking him multiple times he did an x-ray, then said we should take the dog to tufts it looks like something with his hip. When we brought him to Tufts they discovered that his hip had been dislocated, and his ligaments and muscles were torn. My dog was in a sling and had to be confined in a small space for weeks. Throughout this very tough time Dr. Dulong never once called us to ask how he was doing.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The doctor and the staff are very personable, friendly and welcoming and they instill confidence in their abilities by the quality of their service. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They have the greatest designated area for pets to go to the bathroom here, which is extremely convenient. I never have to worry about scouting out a place for my dog to go pee and It is so well kept too. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.
