They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay within "save me" range the whole time. No taking pets behind closed doors like other places I've been too. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
