This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.

Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here.

The examining rooms at their office were pretty clean, but I felt like they could have been cleaner. Dr. Warren did not fully explain my pet's condition to me and was unwilling to do anything other than continue to give me his homemade concoction of an antibiotic and steroid. My was not empathetic to my concerns about my cat (losing weight yearly, pooping and peeing outside of the litterbox, and skin lesions) and told me not to worry about him. He also didn't recommend any tests. (In the past I've had to ASK for tests to be done.) I left frustrated and confused.

When I went to another provider, I was told that his condition greatly concerned them and that he was a very sick cat. My new vet did some testing immediately and not only found out that he was dehydrated, but his food (that Dr. Warren recommended for the past 14 years) was horrible for him and that he had 10 lesions on his body that were all cancer.

I will never use Northbrook Animal Hospital again and will tell my friends to stay away from it and Dr. Warren.
