Extremely friendly, I could really tell his/her love for animals.

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
Was this veterinarian able to perform all basic as well as complicated procedures?
Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. The chairs in the waiting area are pretty average. Not super deluxe but not horribly uncomfortable either. The kennels and holding area for pets were so clean and spotless, I would recommend them for sure if you need to leave your pet for a few days. The people really cared about our dogs and how happy they were. I always put my dogs there.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it the fees are very affordable. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. If you are looking for a veterinarian that goes above and beyond, look no further. They offer after-hour services for any emergency and will not hesitate meeting patients at the clinic rather than making them go to an emergency center where they know nobody. It is so reassuring to know that if I need them, they will be there for me.
