My cat Ariel who is 12-14 was having difficulty peeing, she wouldn't use her litter box. I took her in the same day I called. Turns out she had a UTI and she recieved medicine. Two days later shes using the box :)


I do plan on recommending this animal hospital to my friends and family. I was really pleased with their work and how they treated my pets. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Never, they are very reliable.

Was this veterinarian gentle when caring for your pet?
Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. The veterinarian and friendly staff educated me on what I could do better to help keep my pets healthy and happy and really stressed the importance of taking care of my pets teeth. I left with a better understanding of proper pet health and found their recommendations to be incredibly helpful. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. When I had to leave my pet here in overnight care I was so worried but they always called with follow-ups exactly as promised and even called more times than they said they would. They truly care about each of the animals that come into the hospital and treat them as all if they were their own. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
