We had been somewhat happy with this place until our dog had an adverse reaction to some flea medicine and then took him in to get his updated shots and some antibiotics due to the sore from the flea meds. So as the poor pooch was trying to heal the antibiotic ran out (They where not helping), and needed some additional antibiotics or something because what Dr. Cole had given us earlier was not working. Well I wanted to make sure that what they gave me this time around was correct, I just wanted a clarification, 30 seconds, did not want to make our dog sicker or have a reaction or that the meds prescribed over the phone where the wrong ones and wanted the correct ones that should work or a second round? Any loving pet owner would do this. So for a 30 second clarification to make sure that what they prescribed for this aliment for THE MEDICIEN THEY PERSCRIBED OVER THE PHONE trying to bilk us for $40.00 exam visit!! Now what would have happened if they give him the wrong meds? So irresponsible and casual about the affair. And, every time I bring our cat in or our dog and there is an issue Dr. Cole is like "It could be cancer"! Everything is cancer to them and need more test.. UGH... She said my cat had hypercalcemia but his calcium level were in normal range per other vets and information, (we have learned to cross check) they like scare tactics always kept pushing for more and more test. Now I/we have had pets our whole lives, ya learn things, had a cat for 19 years, hyperthyroid, meds twice a day, we love our pets, so ya get clarification to make sure what THEY are giving is correct, vets have been wrong and we have seen the outcome so excuse us for making sure DURING the time I was picking up the meds.. ha

If they like to play with your pets life's and try to charge you for their own lack of courtesy well, we are taking our pets elsewhere. Dr. Bojarab said, "well I was trying to leave and you made me stay"!!! WOW, so sorry for a 30 second clarification on MEDICATION that I WAS JUST prescribed by Dr. Cole to make sure They were giving our dog the right stuff! Such concern. Dr. Bojarab did say "I could call and complain to the flea med company and they usually will reimburse all cost and if I filed a complaint for "adverse reaction" I would get all my monies back for the flea meds my vet visit and he would still get paid"!! WHAT?!?! Sounds like a shake down,, lol

We have been going here for about three yrs.. Taking our pets elsewhere and we are tiered of everything being cancer cancer cancer..... So they can lose out of any vet visits from us so, hope they like losing years of future vet visits and services over a 30 second clarification!

Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here.

Always. Not only do they send reminder cards, they also send adorable cards during the holidays

Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care

It wasn't too bad, but I'm not sure I got my money's worth.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
