The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. The veterinarian and staff briefly gave me some information on what I could be doing to keep my pets healthy, but I found the advice to be completely unhelpful not entirely accurate. Whenever I've visited their office, it's always smelled really bad. They really need to clean or sterilize the office more. It is more of a stop n go - pick up meds etc. - very dirty in the exam room - very abrupt - not friendly - and very assertive aggressive with animals - he is more of a cattle vet - wouldn't take my dogs back
