I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked.It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Have been good with my pets and mother's dog.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I was satisfied with both the veterinarian and how my pet's appointment went. Everything went according to plan. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

Absolutely I learned so much and received great information on ways to improve my pet's health

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
