They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. I went to another veterinary hospital in the area for treatment of my dogs allergy problems, six times over a four month period. Each time I went they charged me for a recheck visit and Milo's allergies only grew worse. Dr. Farber got Milo's allergy problem under control in one week. My boy is no longer consstantly scratching himself and biting at his paws from the itching. Dr. Farber really cares about getting your pet better, and he knows what he is doing.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I have never seen my pets so calm at the veterinarian before. They really seem to have such a gift with animals here. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.
