Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Was this provider late to your appointments?
Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

We have taken our pets to Dr. Augenstein for many years and recommend him highly. His caring and mild mannered demeanor is easily seen when treating our pets. He goes above and beyond as a vet, and has done so on many occasions for my family. You get right in and right out without long waits in the waiting room. His staff is also very friendly.

He is the absolute best! No frills, just an honest reliable and reasonable vet! I have never spent over $40 on taking my pets to him. Always seen right away and never need to make an appointment! Never runs a ton of tests, this vet uses his years of experience and his BRAINS!!! :) They are small and do not have the loads of fancy equipment, but you will not pay for that equipment either. He is caring and straight to the point! SO glad we found him, finally an honest person not trying to make money from anyone, just doing what he loves and caring for pets.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
OK-- the auto review above, based on my choices is fine-- I can't disagree. However, far more important is Dr. Augenstein's expertise. I have spent hundreds with other vets while they performed trial and error attempts ("try this and let me know if it works") to cure my dogs skin rash. I brought my dog to Dr. A and before I could explain the problem, he spotted it, turned, pulled a tube of medication out of the drawer, handed it to me and said "this will fix it". A week later, rash is healing nicely. Not ten minutes in the room and the price of an office visit (didn't charge me for the medication)-- problem solved.
