I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I was very comfortable the entire time. The staff really knows what they're doing. They're able to answer most of my questions. Just as a side note, my puppy Baxter really likes the staff!

Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need

Yes, they are so amazing. They will come to the office after-hours for any emergency

Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for
When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.
