It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. My pet hates going to the vet so I was very relieved that I was allowed to stay with my pet throughout the appointment. They really make an effort to make sure that the pets are comfortable and happy at all times, which in turn makes me very happy as well. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

No, it was fine

Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here.
