Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
