I have a large dog over 100lbs who at heart is the biggest baby. He never hurt anyone or anything in the years I've raised him. We visited Dr Bennett for a routine visit. She got bit by a german shepard weeks prior to our visit and showed much fear from the moment she walked in the visiting room. I was asked to leave the building, go purchase a muzzle elsewhere and come back with my dog muzzled. When returning, we had to enter a room with six staff members standing waiting for us. The vibe was awful and those who understand animals know they sense this. The receptionist with curly hair and glasses was very ignorant and rude to me personally. She had smart remarks and told me I was interrupting their lunch break. The whole visit I thought was completely unprofessional and I highly recommend going elsewhere. Especially if you have a large dog.

Always. Not only do they send reminder cards, they also send adorable cards during the holidays

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
