Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

Always, there's no fear of your pet going hungry or thirsty here. They have bowls all over the office.

Most important of all was the respect I receive as the pet's owner. Even if and when my own ideas about appropriate pet care differed from the doctor.

It was unbelievable how gentle this vet was with my pet and it really helped my pet feel at ease. It's very apparent that they truly care about us and our pets and that this is not a job for them, but their passion and purpose. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

The Vet is very knowledeable and makes sure every single question I have about my animal is answered. Their staff is very friendly and obvious animal lovers. The doctor takes the time to explain everything, options and recommendations. The office was easy enough to find. I feel very comfortable taking both my dog and cat to this clinic and have been very satisfied with the care provided here.

I've been taking my dog to see Caroline and Dr. Edmiston since I moved to Enola about 6 years ago, and they are so much better than the larger practice I used to visit! It's very easy to make an appointment (I normally call just a few days ahead), and although all phone calls go to voicemail because there are only the two of them there, they are great about calling back quickly to answer questions and schedule appointments. My dog is old and has numerous health issues, and they've been great with helping me find the right medications and such to keep him as healthy as possible. They were also incredibly helpful and accommodating when my brother needed assistance with his cats a few years back. Because it is a small practice, you don't have the stress of sitting in a waiting room with other pets and worrying about them getting along... I've never waited more than a few minutes after arriving, and there's never been more than one other pet in the waiting area. Can't recommend them enough!
