We use this vet for both of our cats. They always give us what they'd like to do for the pet and ask before doing it. Last time we visited, they gave us an estimate above $500 for what our cat should have done. We explained we didn't have that right now and they narrowed it down to what we could do for a more reasonable price to help the cat get better. They are always so friendly to our cats; our cats are generally not people lovers but I swear the vets have a way with them! Our older cat loves to ham it up for the assistants.

They always remember your pet, the pet's name, condition- it's wierd, in a good way! My parents had an ancient, ancient dog- no one could have been kinder or more attentive with the old girl. I was extremely impressed.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. The staff was friendly and my cats were extremely at ease, even the ones that were terrible on visits at other vets offices. They seemed to immediately "take" to the staff and become at ease. I had one cat that actually attacked my previous vet and clawed and bit him to the point he was bleeding. I warned these people of his history and I was amazed at how he reacted to them. He actually was purring and rubbing up against them. I was very impressed with their treatment of him and the reaction of him to them as well.
