They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. This veterinarian was extremely friendly, and paid attention to both me and my pet. They really made the extra effort to make us feel welcome and at home. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They had some of the best pricing I have ever seen. It even seemed to be a little under what other veterinarians in the area charge, so needless to say I was pleasantly surprised.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Yes, they called right on time

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.
Did this veterinarian and their staff educate you on what you could do better to help keep your pets healthy and happy?
Absolutely I learned so much and received great information on ways to improve my pet's health

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Woodcock Dam Animal CLinic has a wonderful staff and very courteous..Dr Babjack answered all my questions did a follow up courtsey call... They are a small clinic never had to wait always on time... I would def referred them to someone... I have to give 5 stars always have a smile on their face when you walk in the door and most of all the care and go and beyond
