We have been taking our pets to Wolftever Inn (and Hospital) ever since we moved to this area because we loved to be able to watch our dogs on the internet while we were away even though they have very high rates in comparison to others in the area. Unfortunately, I have since learned all they care about is money. The last time we were in, they surprised us saying that they would have to give one of our dogs a bunch of shots. The Inn is “separate” from the hospital, but the secretary at the Inn told us our 7 year old dog (that had been there multiple times) would have to go through the 3 shot DHPP vaccine, Rabies, and Kennel Cough. When we asked if she just needed a yearly booster for the DHPP, she said she didn’t know what that was. When we asked if the last Rabies shot was a 1, 2, or 3 year, they didn’t know. Our other dogs all had their Kennel Cough done at the same time but they apparently didn’t need one. They also ended up charging us for a vet visit for each dog even though all they did was give them a shot at the Inn! The more questions we asked, the ruder the secretary became. If you want your loved ones to be cared for, this isn't the place.

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
