I went in with my little 15 year old dog as an emergency. She had begun having seizures that morning and they were very professional and very helpful and compassionate when I made the decision to have her euthanized. I was treated with great respect and my little dog was treated with the utmost gentleness and care.

When I have a scheduled appointment, they do call me by my name. If I just drop in without an appointment, they don't remember me. I really don't expect them too with so many other clients. Thanks to their exceptional level of care that they've always offered my pets and they've enjoyed healthy and long lives. My pets have never been misdiagnosed and I strongly recommend them to anyone who loves their pets. My pets love it here and they are never anxious to leave. They were so kind and attentive to me. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I do recommend they come up with a payment plan for customers who have been coming to this facility for years and years with multiple animals. They're times when people are having financial problems (like alot of people these days); therefore they should offer an installment plan(s). I think at times (including myself) put off taking our animals to the vet because we know the bill MUST be paid at the time of service, with "3" animals this can be very expensive. Anyway, I will continue to take "all" my animals to this vet in the future!!!
