cI can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. They do not carry a very large selection of medication for your pets and don't carry any of the common brands of flea medicine that I was looking for. It is really inconvenient that they never have what I need. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer.
