My two 2 month old goats came up with massive diarrhea and I took 2 fecal samples to be ran for a diagnosis. Dropped them off on Wednesday afternoon. I called Wednesday just before closing, not ready, Called twice Thursday, was told they would call me. On Friday morning I found one of the babies dead. Called them around 10 Friday. Vet's assistant, I think Chayanne, said results showed worms. She would get worming med ready for me to pickup, so 1 hour later I paid $113.00 and brought 2 meds home to use on the remaining 4 goats. Then 3 days later my male who was going to be the herd stud, 5 months old, got the diarrhea real bad. I called and spoke to Chayanne again and she told me to come get some anti diarrheal. Then 24 hours later I lost him. Now another one of my 2 month old is may getting sick again so I decided to give her the medicine for diarrhea, and I started looking at the bottle, that cost $15., and it ran OUT OF DATE: DEC. 01, 2001. Yes, 19 years ago. No wonder the crap isn't working. I feel like they allowed my 2 deceased goats to pass, and gave me a medicine that's so old it doesn't work AND it's from a company in India that the USFDA banned years ago for inconsistent amount of drugs they put in the meds.

I love Veronica who is the secretary and answers the phone, but she never answered when I called and I was put on hold a long time twice. They kept saying they would call me. Chayanne is very sweet and seems knowledgeable but she gave me the meds.

I won't go back and the only reason I gave them 2 stars is for the front staff.

If you go to this vet...make sure you take plenty of money with you. You will be charged for things I have never paid for at any vet before. They charge you to enter your pet's name into the computer, then charge you to enter you name into the computer. We were there for an emergency....the vet and his tech were already there working. We were charged an after hours visit $55.00, an emergency visit, $50.00, and examination fee $35.00, an office visit $15.00, and a technician service fee $25.00 on top of anything else they did. Don't mind paying fair charges for good service, but this I think is above and beyond. Charging to enter my and my pet's name into the computer? Third time I have been there and shame on me...third time I have been overcharged ridiculous fees for less then average service. Have to go now...doing research to find a new vet!
