Dr Williams is amazing!! No other Vet would help us with her cancer on her foot!! Dr Williams operated on her with much love and concern 🐾😍 Checked onher constantly and it was not an outrageous price.. I will never go anywhere else!!! We

My wife is a teaching nurse practioner and I am a retired Ranger/Paramedic. We understand the business of medicine and surgery. so we can discuss it with the office people and the vet and we can better judge their work, attitude and advice and their charges! ERZ is excellent and probably the best of all we've visited in the Ogden, UT area, A few yrs ago we had to put down our yellow lab who'd had two cancer-tumor surgeries and other normal care from ERZ. ERZ is not only excellent in their care, professionalism and technical knowledge and hand-eye-skills BUT also understanding why I cried a lot when the job was done and we had to get out of there in a hurry! To protect my fragile ego! Yes, we go there now with our two labs - all these dogs from shelters and are very satisfied.

The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They answer the phone right away and I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time. I am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. Everything was orderly and felt and looked clean. I have been taking my cats there for 15 years and always had the kindest, gentle care for them. I like that the staff has a sense of humor when appropriate.
