I was absolutely delighted to find a clinic with extended hours, open 7 days/week! What a great service to have locally!!! Staff was very nice and treatment my pet got was appropriate, as were the fees. I have already sent emails to several friends to let them know about this wonderful, local clinic. Having a vet within a short drive can have a tremendous impact on the outcome of cases such as seizures, poisoning and traumatic injury. I hope other clients also 'pass the word' that these folks are here :)

The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. No apology was made for the wait and this has happened on my last few visits. They did not call with test results as promised and I am not convinced the diagnosis was correct. Their fee's have rocketed over recent months, amazes me how they can still have the nerve to charge for an office visit when they kept me waiting over an hour.

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Absolutely, I knew exactly what my pet had and what treatment options were available.

Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care

Had a scheduled appointment, walked out after waiting for an hour. Was told after 50 minutes of waiting that the vet was running late. Plenty of staff chit chatting at he front desk who could have informed me when i walked in, or called me in advance. They did have my number as they called me after i left to apologize. Had been going to White Pine for the last eight years to take care of my five cats. Establishment has gone downhill since Dr Barbe left.

I was told in June that My dog could have a follow up to his March ultrasound for free. The vet made a mistake. There is a time limit on the follow up. I arrived to pick my dog up and was charged $380! The only reason I made the appt was because it was suppose to be free. Very poor form to make a pet owner pay for the vet's mistake!
