Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.

Absolutely I learned so much and received great information on ways to improve my pet's health

They are the kindest, most caring and knowledgeable staff I've ever dealt with. It doesn't matter how many times I call with a question or concern, they are always happy to help me. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. It is very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. When comparing them to others I have visited in the past, they are among the best, if not the best, I have seen. Dr. Johnny Clark is so compassionate when any of my pets are sick. I can tell that he, his wife, Carol and staff really care about all of my pets' well-being and their expertise is exemplary.

We sold our home in Luray nearly 5 years ago. For the first 18 months or so we were in DC and continued to drive the 100+ miles to see Dr Clark for routine care and any non-emergent care. Even though he didn't take appointments on the weekend, he fit us in early on Saturday mornings. We have since moved 1000+ miles away, but we have never been able to replace Dr. Johnny and Carol Clark. Our 12 year old Shepard/Lab mix, Scout, still knows his name, as acknowledged by the cock of his head and the flick of his tail.
