They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The kennels and holding area for pets were so clean and spotless, I would recommend them for sure if you need to leave your pet for a few days. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. My pet hates going to the vet so I was very relieved that I was allowed to stay with my pet throughout the appointment. They really make an effort to make sure that the pets are comfortable and happy at all times, which in turn makes me very happy as well. They had some of the best pricing I have ever seen. It even seemed to be a little under what other veterinarians in the area charge, so needless to say I was pleasantly surprised.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They were so informative, and thoroughly answered every single question I had regarding pet care. I left feeling like I really learned a lot.

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.
