Absolutely Not! He/She always looks like a slob.

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

Absolutely not, I was horrified at how insensitive they were.

Absolutely not. I had no idea what my veterinarian said to me.

I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed.

I will definitely recommend them to people I know. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you?
Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
Was this veterinarian friendly to your pet?
Extremely friendly, I could really tell his/her love for animals.
