You actually have the nerve to start with "Welcome to Hutto Veterinary Clinic. We care about your pets." So, today my former husband & I lost a best friend who was part of our family since 2006, a precious tabby (fur-baby Mr.Fred) who was very loved & cared for. This place has been given years of our business treating both cats/dogs... and when it was realized EARLY this Saturday morning that Fred was in distress, this place replied they couldn't see him until Monday. Ten minutes later when the cat has been crying & is in apparent extreme discomfort another call was made informing them YES, my cat IS dying, he's crying, he can't even walk, etc! Can I pls just bring him up to be humanly euthanized!?! The reply was NO, there's already 2 patients in here AND we close at noon. SERIOUSLY!?! You shouldn't be licensed to call yourselves a VETERINARY clinic! They might have been good once but now they only want your $$$ & on their convenient timing too. What you did today in regards to MY FRIEND was WRONG, for letting an innocent cat suffer to his death bc you close hours away at NOON! SHAME ON YOU!!!

The receptionist tells me she will have to call me back with the pricing on insulin I had already gotten from them in the past. She calls back in about 25 min to ask ME what kind of insulin THEY gave me. Seriously, you don't even know what freakin' med you sold to your own client? Anyway, I politely tell her ProZinc. She then asks me what brand, ML etc. Thankfully I was online looking at online prices to compare and was able to do her job for her. She tells me she will call me back with some quotes. 4:44p rolls around, no call. I decide to call back. This is where the rest of the nonsense begins.

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!! I just finally had THE last terrible experience with this place. LINDA WELCH, I will never in my life return to this place because of YOU and your disgusting attitude. Hanging up on clients because YOU got mad after I told you I DID NOT confirm placing an order. I spoke to the receptionist about PRICING ONLY that way I could see if I needed to order from YOU or online. You then picked an argument with me because I let you know that NO ONE returned my phone call to confirm pricing with me. How DARE YOU treat people with such unprofessional behavior. I WILL be posting a negative review on every site I can think of. Even after I told you that you just caused Dr Pratt to lose a client, you didn't give a damn. You're a terrible person in my book. GOOD BYE HUTTO VETERINARY CLINIC!
Not even ONE apology came out of this "woman's" mouth. As I am on the phone asking her if this is how she treats clients, the other line rings and she tells me she has to hang up on me again?? SERIOUSLY! You're a joke!
