THE STAFF IS ROOD THEY SHUT DOWN I SENT A LOTT PEOPLE THERE WILL NEVER SEND ONE THERE AGAIN MY DOG WAS IT BY CAR SOME ONE FOUND MY TAG CALLED VET THE VET NEVER CALLED ME WHEN I ASKED THE THE STAFF THE YOUNG HO WAS THE TOLD ME THAT I FOR GOT TO CALL PLUS IS NOT PART OF HIS JOB PLUS IS FOR GET APP THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE WORSE THAN DOG OR GOT

AMAZING VET and Staff. I called in about a concern I had about my puppy, after explaining my concern to an employee I was immediately put on the phone with the vet. I was told to bring my puppy in a short time later that day. The vet did an exam, explained he would be able to tell more with x-rays. I approved the x-rays to be done. Once the results were in I was given the horrifying news that my puppy has hip dysplasia. The vet answered any questions I had about treatment and gave me suggestions on how to keep him comfortable until he can be seen by a specialist (he even suggested a specialist). The diagnosis was given the other day and he even contacted the specialist and discussed the diagnosis of my puppy and he and the specialist discussed options. My vet contacted me with all of the info he had gotten from the specialist. My puppy is going for all of his pre-eval stuff next week and will have his surgery a few days later, and be on his road to recovery with 2 new hips. My vet at Briar Creek has ALWAYS been helpful with any thing I have needed but he really went above and beyond to make sure all options were explored and information was given as quickly as possible to better my little ones life. All I can say is THANK YOU TO THE MOST AMAZING VET, I have never met a vet that cared so much!

Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here.
