No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service
Did the veterinarian allow you to stay with your pet at all times?
Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay within "save me" range the whole time. No taking pets behind closed doors like other places I've been too. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. The professionalism and personality of this business is without a doubt the most perfectly balanced among all in the medical field

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Extremely friendly, I could really tell his/her love for animals.
Did this veterinarian have a large selection of medication available for your pet?
Absolutely, they are always in stock and even offer flea medication by the month

I only wait a moment on hold and they are Johnny on the spot. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. This clinic saved my dogs life when they treated her for heart worms. They worked with her cronic ear problems for many years. They boarded her, bathed her, gave her shots, walked her, fed her. It's a wonderful clinic and you couldn't find a more loving doctor. I do go to another vet at this time but when I call upon this clinic they still remember her and help me in any and every way they can.
