They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. My pet is so spoiled every time we come here. There is always food and water available and the occasional random toy to play with as well. I have heard horror stories of people's pets being misdiagnosed by their veterinarians, but that is not something you have to worry about here. I have never had a bad experience and I have complete faith in their care.
