The Pet Hospital of Penasquitos is great! They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. This veterinarian was so compassionate when my pet was sick. I can tell that they really cared about my pet's well-being and reassured me that things would be alright.
