Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

No, but there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

It was unbelievable how gentle this vet was with my pet and it really helped my pet feel at ease. It's very apparent that they truly care about us and our pets and that this is not a job for them, but their passion and purpose. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.

Dr. Robertson is great. You can tell he really loves the animals. The staff leaves something to be desired. They tend to be a bit curt and don't really have that "animal person" feel about them, but I'm willing to overlook them to see Dr. Robertson.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Absolutely! I never have a problem!

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I have heard horror stories of people's pets being misdiagnosed by their veterinarians, but that is not something you have to worry about here. I have never had a bad experience and I have complete faith in their care. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
