I have been receiving my medication for a few months n ow. However, it has stopped arriving. This is a must have medication and need to get this prescription (Imbruvica) properly delivered in a timely manner. Need some immediate help here.
They have been doing a great job with my Sprycel for 3 years now. I usually have to call BMS Foundation to urge the authorization, and then call Theracom, but they always got it to me, I am now sitting here waiting for another shipment by UPS ground? but it is worth it to stabilize my CML, and a long hold time of 10 - 25 is needed but so what? Be thankful !
Minimum 24 minutes on hold before live person answers telephone. They do not acknowledge receiving prescription (with nine months refills remaining) transferred to them from previous specialty pharmacy used by Bristol-Myers-Squibb. They showed no interest to help patient obtain such transfer. I was told to contact Bristol-Myers-Squibb again. BMS claims to have lost my records "in a software merge" issue three months ago. It's a minimum of 40 minutes (typically longer) on hold to get BMS to answer telephone.
Very Bad Service!!! after entering the requested computer prompts you are then forward to a very annoying music for more than 15 minutes. only reason I go thru these people is my insurance Co. other ways these people would be out of business. Like i stated very bad service.
I'm not happy about dealing with this pharmacy which is part of the Horizon Blue Cross mess. I waited an entire month before I received my specialty medication. As soon as I can, I'm switching. The ENTIREprogram/process is archaic and no one should be subjected to it.
I have been on hold for a total of sixteen hours over the last seven business fays trying to order my husband's Tecfidera. He has been without meds for the last week. Biogen was no help in reaching Theracom.
