I probably should cool off a little before I write this review. I can honestly say that I have not been treated this disrespectful as I just experienced with this business's associate in many years. They don't seem to want your business, rest assurred. They only wish to be left alone. Maybe they should just close the doors and go home. Customer Service is basically non existent.with this particular associate. I can't speak for the other associates. I have been treated quite professionally there in the past.
My situation was simple. I needed a replacement harness for my c pap. I have previously purchased these at this location before. I was just informed that a prescription would be needed. Fine, protocol is protocol. The fashion in which this was conveyed to me, however, was disappointing. .

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
